2. Do some research before doing anything

Kobe was a very talented player we all know that. But how he managed to become one is the real question. Kobe was always obsessed with trying to beat his opponents like Allen Iverson who managed to beat Kobe's team by getting 40 points as well as 10 assists.

When the real day comes, Kobe managed to block Allen from getting any scores halfway through the match and some might say how did he do it. Well, it's pretty simple, Kobe will always watch back the footage of Allen's gameplay and see if he had any weaknesses.

He used the same trick for all his other opponents including Jordan. Kobe was always one step ahead of them when it comes to the real match and he always wants to be ready before facing them head-to-head.

This just shows the level of preparation he made and he will make sure that he did not miss any details of his competitor's gameplay. This made him very well-known for being a person that is quite precise and detailed in his work in which we all should be doing the same thing.
